The time to harvest. The time to start the fires. Colors of Red, Orange and Yellow. Focus on Health and Spirituality....Bring in your Rosemary if in cold weather States...Prepare for the long cold winter months. Enjoy the colors of Fall...gather acorns if you can beat the deer and chipmunks to them that is...move, dance, stretch...take time to notice the things happening around you. Even when hardly anyone else does...like it appeared as if we had two full moons this year on the same evening here and no one is talking about it?
Gather the leaves as they change colors and press them out for crafts when your stuck inside during the coming freeze...give thanks for the bounty you or the farmers in your area have worked all summer for. Decide what form of movement you love best, walking, jogging or dancing and have fun with it....
